October 22, 2006, Destiny and Kody competed in conformation at the Battle Creek Kennel Club Dog Show in
Marshall, Michigan. Another rainy day....it was Destiny's first time and Kody's second time in the ring. Destiny
did awesome for her first time. Trotted well and stood still for the judge. She took a red ribbon (2nd) in the
open bitch class. Kody took a blue ribbon (1st) - only because he was the only dog in his class that showed up.
Kody was asked to return to the ring and proceeded to poop two times in the ring! He certainly knows how to put on a
show! We are learning every time we show and meeting lots of nice mal people.

On September 30th, 2006, Kody showed off his stuff at the Monroe Kennel Club Dog Show. It was our first dog show
and Kody did well considering that we didn't have a clue what we were doing. We had a great time despite the rainy weather.
We both learned a lot! If the crowd could have voted, Kody would have won by a landslide!!!
